These terms apply to purchases on this website. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information. You can review your basket, correct details and leave checkout before placing an order.
Products, prices and availability
Prices and payments are in South African rand (ZAR). The total shown before payment is the amount you authorise. Standard delivery within South Africa is free, with no minimum spend. Product colours can vary slightly between screens. Specifications and model numbers identify the goods offered.
If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate solution or cancellation with a full refund. We will not substitute products or charge an increased price without your agreement.
Orders and payment
Card payment through Stripe is the sole planned payment method. An order number or an order-received page does not by itself prove payment. We dispatch only after payment has been confirmed and the order accepted. If we cannot accept a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.
Card checkout is currently being prepared for launch. Live payments are unavailable until the payment service is connected. We do not request payment card details by phone or email.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies explain the applicable arrangements. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed appointments. We will contact you about a material delay and your available options.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Our voluntary returns policy supplements those rights.
Using this website
Please use the website lawfully and keep account credentials private. Do not attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person’s information or interfere with the service. We take reasonable care over the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. These terms do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Questions and disputes
Contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue. You retain the right to approach the applicable consumer authority, ombud, Information Regulator or court. South African law applies. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the terms accepted for an existing order remain applicable.
