Your statutory protection
Goods must meet the applicable quality, safety and suitability standards in South African consumer law. For qualifying defects within 6 months of delivery, section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act provides for repair, replacement or refund at your choice and at the supplier’s applicable risk and expense.
Manufacturer warranties
Any additional manufacturer warranty depends on the specific product and the terms supplied with it. We do not promise the same manufacturer-warranty period for every item. A manufacturer process does not replace your rights against the supplier.
Using your appliance
Read the instructions, check the product’s voltage and installation requirements, and follow cleaning and maintenance guidance. Keep proof of purchase and the model or serial number. Stop using an appliance if it appears unsafe and contact us before attempting a repair.
Making a claim
Give us the order reference, model, a description of the fault and photographs where useful. We will explain inspection and return arrangements. Please do not post or deliver an item to the registered office without confirmed instructions.
Damage and assessment
Misuse, accidental damage, normal wear or unauthorised alterations may fall outside a particular manufacturer warranty. We assess the actual facts; these examples do not automatically remove statutory rights. See Returns & Refunds for remedies and return costs.
